सूजी वाले सूखे आलू :- Hum bhartiyeon ki thali main agar aloo naa ho to sara din essa nikalta hai jaise kuch khaya hi nahi hai. abhi tak aap ne aloo, aloo methi, aloo gobhi, aloo mater, dahi wale aloo, aloo parantha, dum aloo ka swad bahut baar chakha hoga lekin roz roz ek jaise dish khane se dil karta hai ki kuch naya ho jaye. To aaj hum aapke liye le ker aaye hain aloo ki ek nayi recipe सूजी वाले सूखे आलू

सूजी वाले सूखे आलू  बनाने की साम्रगी :-

10-15 medium size ke aloo uble hue

2 spoon oil

Namak swad anusaar

1 chota spoon lal mirch powder

1 spoon jeera

2 hari mirch lambi kati hui

1 chota spoon gara masala

1 chota spoon anardana

1 spoon kata hua hara dhaniya

1/2 nimbu

3 bade spoon bhuni hui suzi

सूजी वाले सूखे आलू बनाने की विधि-

Ek nonstick frypen main oil dalein. Oil jab garam ho jayen to usme jeera daal dein aur jeere ko bhun lein.

Uble hue aloo ko kaat ker frynpen main daal dein. uske baad namak, lal mirch powder, anardana aur garam masala daal dein.

Halke hath se inko acchi tarah mila lein. hari mirch daal dein.

Ab bhuni hui suzi daal kr acchi tarah mila lein. 2-3 minute tak aloo ko pakayen

Ab frynpen k niche uttar lein aur usme nimbu ka ras dallen aur hara dhaniya se sajaker serve karen.

सूजी वाली ड्राय फ्रूट गुजिया

Aapne abhi tak mawe wali gujjiyan to bahut khayi hongi lekin aaj hum aapko सूजी aur sukhe mewe ko milker gujjiyan banani sikha rahe hain. Yeh mawa wali gujjiyan ke mukable adhik swadisht banti hai aur jayda lambe samay tak chalti hai.

सूजी वाली ड्राय फ्रूट गुजिया बनाने की आवश्यक सामग्री –

Maida 250 gm

Ghee 60 gm

Dah Yaa dhoodh :- 1/4 cup

Stuffing ke liye saman

Suzi 150 gm

Chini Powder 3/4 cup

dry fruit 1 cup (kaju, akhrot, badam, kisgmish)

Choti elachi 8-10 pic

Ghee : Gujjiya talane ke liye aur suzi bhunana eke liye

सूजी वाली ड्राय फ्रूट गुजिया बनाने की विधि –

Maide ko kisi prnat main nikal lijiye aur usme ghee aur dahi/dhoodh mila ker Thdoa thdoa pani dalte hue puri ke aate se thoda sakhta gund lijiye. Ab ghunthe aate ko 30 minute ke liye dhak ker rakh dein.
Stuffing banane ki liye :-
Sabhi dry fruit ko barik kaat lijiye
Elachi ko kuutkr powder bana lijiye
Kadai main 2 sppon ghee daal ker garam hone dein.
Phir ghee main suji daal ker bhoon lein jab tak brown naa ho jaye
Ab esmain dry fruits daal dein aur mix karte rahen. 2-4 minute ke baad gas band ker ke 5 minute aur milte rahe. uske baad kisi bowl main nikaal ker esko thanda hone dein.
Ab ghundhe hue aate ke choti choti loi bana lein.(Idea 20-25)
Ab jo dry fruit wala mishran thanda ho gaya hai usme chini powder aur elachi powder mila dein.
Uske baad ek loi lein aur usko 3-4 inch ke bel bel ker rakhte rahen.
Sari puri belne ke baad Gujjiyan banane wala sancha lein.
Us sanchen main wo beli hui puri rakh ker usme 1-2 chammch dry fruit wala mishran bher dein. uske baad kinaron per halka pani laga ker wo gujjiyon wala sancha band ker dein.
Falthu kaa aata utar lein aur sabhi gujjiyan bher ker rakh lein.
Uske baad Karai main ghee garam hone ke liye rakh dein.
Ghee ko tez garam nahi karna hai usme gujjiyan dalen. aur halka brown hone tak halke hath se palt dijiye.
Jab gujjiyan tal ker tyaar ho jaye to use kisi thali main tishu paper bicha ker usme rakhte rahen.
Esi tarah sari gujiyan ek-ek ker ke bana ker rakh lijiye.
Ab in सूजी वाली Gujjiyon ko khaiye aur khilayen.
