Vitamin C:- We need this vitamin for growth and body repair. It also acts as an antioxidant. It has been used for years as a remedy for colds. It can be found in fruits such as orange, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple, mango or kiwi. It is also in vegetables like peppers, spinach, tomatoes and broccoli.

Iron:- Promotes the supply of oxygen to the baby.
