Healthy khana sab ka sapna hota hai chahe thoda kha lein lekin healthy khana mil jaye. khas ker jo aaj kal ke bacche ghr se baher padne ki liye jate hai aur PG main khana khate hain. No Doubt ki wahan bhi ghr ka khana milta hai lekin jo maza ghr pr Maa ke hath ke khane main hai bhai behan parents ke sath baith kr khane main hai waisa maza aur aanad kahi bhi nahi aa sakta. Aur yadi baat sunday ki ho to sabhi ko ye lagta hai ki aaj to kuch special ho jaye.

Sunday ko special banane ke liye kuch healthy and tasty khane kaa dil kare to kaju pulav ko hamesha yaad rakhen . Esme elachi, long, kaju aur dryfruit sath main hone se swad aur bhi badh jata hai. Esko aap sunday ki special recipe main bhi shamil ker sakte hain. To sunady ko banaye tasty and Healthy Kaju Pulav aur use paneer yaa chicken kari ke sath paros sakte hain.

Kaju pulav dekhne main itna colorful aur khile khile rice aur usme se uthati khushbu dil karta hai ki bina kisi kaa wait kera khana shuru kr dein. Ese aur jayda Healthy aur swadisht banane ke liye isme sabzi ka shoraba yani Vegitable Stock bhi use kr sakte hain. Agar ye naa mile to chawal ko normal pani main bhi bana sakte hain .

Kaju Pulav Banane ke liye samagri :-

– ¼ छोटा चम्मच केसर

125 मिलीलीटर (½ कप) दूध,

गरम 40 ग्राम घी

2 प्याज, बारीकी कटा हुआ

300 ग्राम (1½ कप) बासमती चावल

4 इलायची 2 लौंग

625 मिलीलीटर (2½ कप) सब्जी का शोरबा 

75 ग्राम (½ कप) काजू, भुना हुआ

80 ग्राम (½ कप) किशमिश

Kaju Pulav Banane ki vidhi :- Sabse pehale 1 katori main garam dhoodh le ker usme kesar daal ker 10-15 minute ke liye rakh dein. uske baad ek frynpen main ghee garam karen. usme kata hua pyaz daal ker bhura hone tak pakayen aur jab pyaz bhura hone lagen to ese alag katori main nikal lein. ab ek saspen main chawal daal ker phir usme dhoodh kesar wala ghol, long, elachi aur Vegitable stock mix ker lein. pen ko dhakken se tight band ker ke chawal ko ubalne dein. uske baad gas ki loo cum ker ke 12 minute tak pakne dein (samay cum jayda ho sakta hai) aapko chawal pakane tak gas on rakhen. phir pen ko gas se uttar kr ese ek side rakh dein. phir 10 minute ke baad use khol ker chawal kaa chamch se hila lein aur usme fry kiya hua pyaz, kaju, kishmish daal ker paneer yaa chicken kery ke sath serve karen.
